The Process

  • Design : Our client specifications and requirements are the starting point of the casting process. Our engineers work with design teams using the most update casting techniques to develop the best and most cost efficient components as required by clients.
  • Moulding  Moulding is the process of shaping a mold using model called pattern. A mould is a hollowed-out pre shaped block that is filled with a liquid metal or alloys. The molten metal alloy hardens or sets inside the mould, adopting its shape.
  • Melting : We use induction furnace for melting the metal. The advantage of the induction furnace is a clean, energy-efficinet and well-controllable melting process compared to most other means of metal melting.
